1. We request you to completely fill in all the columns in the registration form – this will make your registration for the conference more assured.
  2. Confirmation of registration will be on a first-come first-served basis subject to receipt of payment.
  3. Confirmation of registration is at the sole discretion of the organisers. In case of confirmation, the registration is solely applicable to the participant who has applied and is non-transferable.
  4. With regard to the “early bird” offer, the payment should reach us before July 15, 2005. Any payment received after July 15, 2005 will be not be subject to the “early bird” offer.
  5. All payments should be made in favour of “Punarnava – Ayurveda Conference 2006”.
  6. In case a confirmed participant desires to withdraw his/her registration, he/she will have to forfeit the registration fee. However under special circumstances, the organisers may consider his/her request to transfer the registration to somebody else. This is solely at the discretion of the organisers and their decision is final.
  7. In case the organisers are unable to host the conference due to any natural calamity or other unforeseen circumstance, and this is communicated to all the participants before January 17, 2006, then a full refund of the registration fee will be made to all the confirmed participants.
  8. In case the conference has to be called off after commencement due to any unforeseen circumstance, then the participants are not entitled to any refund.
  9. The organisers reserve the right to change the venue, dates, speakers and duration of the conference if unforeseen circumstances so demand. In such an event, the obligation of the participant shall remain in force as long as the information is put up on the conference website or communicated individually to each confirmed participant.
  10. Participants are advised to obtain insurance cover against all risks. It is clearly understood that the organisers stand indemnified by the participants in respect of any loss or damage due to theft, fire, accident etc.
